The Island Some of the places that I like to take people are: West Bay Beach is the most beautiful beach in Roatan. It is perfect for relaxing, swimming and snorkeling. West End is a perfect place to walk along the shoreline while exploring the many gift shops and restaurants. You can also swim and snorkel in Half Moon Bay. The East End is a great place to explore. You can visit the Iguana Farm, take a boat tour of the Mangroves along a man made channel which was cut by the pirates hundreds of years ago. You can also view the shipwrecks in Dixon Cove and visit the Las Palmas shopping center.
